Health insurance continuation coverage — Pennsylvania

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) is a federal law which requires that many group health plans maintained by an employer or employee organization continue group health plan coverage to covered employees, spouses and/or dependents that they would otherwise lose coverage as a result of a qualifying event.
