About the Editors

Frank L. Day is a management side labor and employment attorney in the Memphis office of FordHarrison, LLP. He has more than 10 years of experience helping his clients accomplish their business objectives through employment law counseling and litigation. Frank has successfully represented employers across the country in cases alleging discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, etc. He has extensive litigation experience in many different forums where he has helped clients prevail on summary judgment, at trial and on appeal. Frank frequently serves as a faculty member at employment law seminars and he has published a number of scholarly articles in publications such as the ABA Employment Law Newsletter, the Tennessee Bar Journal, the University of Memphis Law Review and The Federalist. Frank is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky.

Mollie K. Wildmann is licensed in both Tennessee and Arkansas, defending employers against a variety of claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act. She also has a focus in the area...
