Over the course of her legal career, Jaime has learned that when it comes to workforce management, employers ultimately want the very best from their employees, and they also want to see their employees be successful.  To achieve excellent results, employers need to invest more time and attention to performance issues early in the employment relationship and engage in a regular dialogue with employees along the way.
