Cindy Boyle Lande

Cindy Boyle Lande is a member with the BrownWinick law firm. Her practice is primarily transactional, with an emphasis on tax and employee benefits. She has successfully completed the CPA exam, and often works closely with her clients’ accounting team on legal issues. Cindy's clients are businesses of varying sizes operating in a variety of different industries. As co-chair of the firm’s Women in Business practice group, many of her clients are female business owners in the state of Iowa.

Cindy graduated from Iowa State University, with distinction, in 2007, with degrees in accounting and finance. She received her law degree in 2010, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law. Cindy graduated from the University of Iowa with the Iowa State Bar Association Outstanding Graduate Award, the University of Iowa College of Law Future Leader of the Iowa Bar Award, and the Willard L. Boyd Public Service Award – Highest Distinction. While at the University of Iowa, she was the Executive Editor for the Iowa Law Review and served as Co-President of the Iowa State Bar Association.

She has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in the area of Tax Law and listed as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers® in the area of Tax. Cindy currently serves on the boards of Metro Women Connect and the Iowa Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for CanPlay.
