This webinar will focus on the employer's best practices as to HR documentation by way of employment audits, including HR function/systems audits, legal compliance audits, and even auditing of the supervisor.
Participants will learn how these various audits can ensure that the employer's practices and processes are sufficient and legally compliant and how effective documentation can set the stage for a successful audit.
Presented by Olivia Hochschwender at Kastner Westman & Wilkins, a co-author of our Ohio Human Resources Manual.
Olivia brings a unique perspective to KWW, where she can leverage her NLRB investigation experience to help KWW’s clients better understand what government agencies are looking for when responding to charges and complaints. Olivia’s practice with KWW includes all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, workplace investigations, representation of employers before a vast array of federal and state administrative agencies, and advising employers on day-to-day employment decisions.
