Description
As employers in every industry grapple with the labor shortage, government agencies seem to discourage use of independent contractors as a workforce supplement. Yet there is nothing illegal about use of independent contractors, when done correctly. And many organizations would benefit in various ways by utilizing contractors from time to time, if not all the time. Our presenters will help attendees find the path to saying “yes” to use of independent contractors after analyzing the legal risks, and suggesting methods to mitigate those risks.
