About
Tyler Hall brings a strong background working in a culinary business incubator for food trucks, producers, and other small food and beverage businesses—with a deep understanding of what goes into starting and running a business. He is committed to helping clients both small and large protect and leverage their unique identity, their reputation and good will, and other intellectual property into valuable assets.
Tyler advises clients, including enterprise and cloud software companies, on software licensing and compliance with U.S. and international data privacy laws, including California’s CCPA and Europe’s GDPR. Tyler helps clients draft privacy policies, interpret new data privacy laws, implement data privacy programs, and negotiate software licenses, data privacy addenda, and other agreements involving data privacy issues.
Previously, Tyler worked as a legal drafter and engineer for a contract analytics and assembly company. He enjoys educating teams to seamlessly integrate legal assessment and review with business operations, to identify threats early, and avoid unnecessary cost or revision.
