Shirley graduated from Howard University School of Law, where she completed her Juris Doctor and served as a staff editor for the Howard Law Journal. As a firm advocate of higher education, Shirley also dedicates her time to serving on the Local Action Board of Jumpstart Atlanta and participating in panels where she has the opportunity to speak to students from varying backgrounds about the power of higher education.
