Seth T. Ford is a partner in the Atlanta office of Troutman Sanders LLP. Mr. Ford regularly advises clients on a host of labor and employment law matters under both state and federal law, including non-compete and trade secret disputes, multi-plaintiff claims of harassment and discrimination, reductions in force and issues arising under disabilities laws and the Family Medical Leave Act. Mr. Ford has extensive experience in trial and appellate courts and before arbitration panels in traditional labor disputes. Mr. Ford had been recognized by Atlanta Magazine and Law and Politics as a "Rising Star" in labor and employment law each year since 2009. He has successfully litigated labor and employment matters in over a dozen states and throughout the Southeast.
