DANIEL MARKS is an Associate at Messner Reeves in Phoenix, Arizona. Danny's practice focuses on employment discrimination, human resources and employment litigation matters. Mr. Marks has experience with the EEOC, ACRD and NLRB. He advises clients on matters relating to labor and employment law, civil rights, wrongful discharge, employee handbooks and non-competition and confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Danny served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Brown of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Danny received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. At Nebraska, he was published by the Nebraska Law Review Bulletin and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Pretrial Litigation, Remedies & Damages and Criminal Procedure. Danny was a member of the law school’s national trial team, a finalist in the law school’s first-year client counseling competition and a semi-finalist in the school’s Grether moot court competition. Because of his contributions to the school’s advocacy programs, he was admitted to The Order of Barristers. Danny received his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
