BRIAN FULLMER is an Associate at Gammage & Burnham in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Fullmer’s practice focuses on employee benefits, ERISA compliance, non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements and litigation, human resources and employment litigation matters. Mr. Fullmer advises clients on a variety of matters related to benefits, stock options, and banking regulation compliance. Mr. Fullmer previously worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and was an extern for Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mr. Fullmer received both his JD, summa cum laude, and his LLM from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He was published by the Arizona Law Review and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Employment Law, Labor Law, Banking & Finance, Securities Regulation, and Contract Drafting. Mr. Fullmer was awarded Order of the Coif and the Dean’s Leadership Award for his dedication to assisting law students. Mr. Fullmer received a Master of Business Administration, summa cum laude, and Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Northwest Nazarene University.
