Oh my goodness where do I begin, I am new to the HR aspects of my job. I have to admit when I started I knew very little. I am trained to do credentialing, billing, insurance. Your books have been heaven sent… I mean that literally. I use them practically daily. The template letters are one of the best parts. Do you know how hard it is to find a template letter on the Internet? When you do they want to charge an arm and a leg for each one. I can’t say enough about your books and email updates.
