What employers can expect in the #MeToo era of sexual harassment awareness

With all of the high profile harassment cases in the media, companies are coming under new scrutiny for how they respond to claims of sexual harassment. Many are labelling these events as a significant (and likely historical) cultural shift, where victims of sexual harassment feel emboldened to speak out and where the accused are being held accountable for their behavior in career ending fashion.
