Overtime is typically paid at 1.5 times an employee’s “regular rate.” But their regular rate is not necessarily the same as the hourly rate that you pay them. This webinar will focus on what types of compensation must be included in the regular rate so that you can avoid regular rate pitfalls and potential liability for failing to pay overtime correctly.
