Executive Order 13950 and Diversity and Inclusion Training: What Employers Need to Know Moving Forward

On September 22, 2020, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order (EO) 13950, “Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping.” Following a memorandum from the Office of Management and Budget, the executive order introduces requirements for government contractors that conduct employee training programs related to diversity and inclusion.
