MO: WorkForce 2030 Conference
In today’s fierce competition for growth, workforce is the most effective tool for attracting jobs and business investment. Despite high unemployment numbers during the pandemic, many employers still lack candidates with the right skills. We need to upskill and reskill workers who find themselves unemployed or underemployed as Missouri seeks to grow its economy and recover from the impacts of COVID-19. Over the coming decade, companies will locate where they have access to a top-quality workforce. We want to ensure that place is Missouri.
Our third annual Workforce2030 Conference explores the many strategies and programs that Missouri’s employers, educators and organizations can implement to make our state the home of a vibrant talent pool. Stemming from the findings of our Missouri Chamber Foundation report Workforce2030, this collaborative, multidisciplinary event offers resources, knowledge from state and national experts, and networking opportunities to help Missouri build the world’s best workforce.
