All leaders must be able to establish goals and create a vision for how their teams can achieve individual and team goals that are integrated into higher level corporate goals. Importance of creating goals that are achievable yet stretch the team to reach higher levels of performance. This module reviews creating SMART goals and prioritizing and developing action plans.
