The Florida Chamber Foundation's Business Alliance for Early Learning was created to raise awareness among Florida's business community of the importance of quality early learning and the impact that the earliest years have on a child's future. An important focus of the Business Alliance initiative is the work of promising practices. Promising practices are programs within businesses and organizations around the state that help to ensure the community's children have the resources and skills they need to succeed in tomorrow's workforce. Whether it be a large company or a small business, each organization is unique. Therefore, Florida's business leaders must discover what promising practice will work best for them and their business. Tune into "A Promising Practice: Bank of America's Innovative Workforce & Family Solutions COVID Plan," a breakout conversation hosted in conjunction with the Future of Florida Forum. Don't miss the opportunity to discuss Bank of America's Back-up Child Care Program and unique workforce solutions, all of which are promising practices that are moving the needle for Florida's children statewide, and learn how your company or small business may replicate similar promising practices. |
