Since coming to Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in 1965, Tom Triplett has developed a national reputation for his work in the areas of antitrust and labor law. He has represented a host of companies on organizational and recognitional issues in the construction industry before the National Labor Relations Board; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, arbitration of disputes, litigation of Title VII and wrongful discharge cases; defense of criminal antitrust cases; and prosecution of antitrust cases against organized labor. Mr. Triplett is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. In addition, he has been named an Oregon Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine, a peer-elected distinction bestowed upon the top 5% of all attorneys in Oregon. He is also listed in Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America for his work for management in labor and employment law.
