Preston R. (“Rad”) Burch
Preston R. (“Rad”) Burch maintains an employee benefits practice that places particular emphasis on qualified retirement plans and deferred compensation arrangements, related corporate tax law issues, and advice regarding the federal and state tax consequences of the employment of non-U.S. nationals in the United States by both domestic and foreign employers, as well as the employment of U.S. nationals abroad. He also assists both U.S. and foreign employers with the tax and employee benefits aspects of business formation, mergers, acquisitions, and divestures. Mr. Burch received his law degree from the University of South Carolina (1982) and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law (1983).
