C. John Wentzell, Jr.

 

C. John Wentzell, Jr., editor of this Guide, practices in the areas of employee benefits law and taxation.  Mr. Wentzellreceived his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003.  During law school, Mr. Wentzell served as a member of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal.  In 2004, Mr. Wentzell graduated from the New York University School of Law with an LL.M. in Taxation.  His practice focuses on employee benefits law, ERISA and taxation, representing employers in the areas of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health and welfare plans, fringe benefits, and compliance with other federal laws relating to employee benefits matters.
