Background: AM, LLC is a health and informatics firm with multiple state and local clients, including the Tennessee Department of Health. We have supported the need for staff-centric operations within government and school response to COVID-19 while providing essential planning and facilitation services in areas of pandemic preparedness, mitigation, data analysis, quality assurance, and employee health services. The goal of this presentation is to provide an informational portrait of the known and measured impact of the pandemic on individuals within the workplace. With a focus on the tenets of resilience, benchmarks of employee engagement studies, and implementation strategies geared toward development of resilience building tools, attendees will have an opportunity to discuss concerns and provide insight on perceived needs specific to their respective organizations.
