The Department of Labor has revised its Model Sexual Harassment Training template. All employers will need to review how their current policy compares to the new Model Policy and make necessary changes. In addition, training programs will need to be modified to include all the components of the new policy. As this policy is now the new standard, this should be done as soon as possible.
As you know, each Spring, we offer as part of our monthly webinar series, a harassment “train the trainer” program. This year’s webinar will be May 18th and include all necessary updates and revisions. See below for more information.
