The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has recently issued three separate guidance documents that apply to holders of Commercial Drivers’ Licenses and their employers:

Dr. Thuss is a Medical Review Officer and Certified Medical Examiner, and will help explain the CDL waiver guidance and possible drug testing remediation steps.
