We are proud to offer our newest “Train the Trainer” program to educate supervisors and managers on cutting-edge diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) topics in the workplace.
Our goal with this new “Train the Trainer” is to support employers that are prioritizing diversity training within their workplaces and remove barriers such as time and financial hurdles that regularly present roadblocks to sufficient training. Our new, affordable, hands-on approach to DEI training leverages trusted in-house resources so that employers can develop the skills necessary to present training broadly. We believe that effective diversity training can be greatly beneficial, and we created a toolkit for employers to get started on this path towards more understanding and inclusion in the workplace.
Join Barran Liebman Co-Founding Partner, Paula Barran, who recently earned her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and is passionate about using this specialized education to help other employers. Registration includes a set of “live” training slides that can be customized for your organization, as well as a detailed slide-by-slide training manual with suggestions for talking points and discussion areas.
