The panel will discuss the increase of anti-Asian racism and discrimination during the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on Asian/Asian Americans in the workplace. The panel will also identify types of harassment and discrimination and how Asians/Asian Americans are being targeted at work. In addition, the panel will discuss best practices for employers for complying with their legal obligations under federal and state anti-discrimination laws and recommending changes in workplace policies to address potential bias and discrimination.
