Join us for a webinar in celebration of LGBT Pride Month and the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. This webinar will be presented by Adam Pankratz and Natalie Turner, co-chairs of ODAlliance (Ogletree Deakins’ business resource group supporting the firm’s LGBT attorneys). This presentation will provide insights into the history of LGBTQ rights and the workplace, including the legislative history of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, the status of the proposed Employment Non-Discrimination Act, marriage equality legal decisions and their effects on the workplace, Title VII cases pending before the Supreme Court of the United States, and other legal trends affecting the workplace. This webinar will also address the identification and prevention of bias in the workplace.
