2022 Employers' Election Guide: Voting Leave, Political Speech in the Workplace, NLRA's Protections and More

As Election Day, November 8, 2022, approaches, U.S. businesses must keep in mind voting leave laws in their respective states. Voting leave laws allow for accommodations of employees to vote in elections without fear of a reduction in pay or reprisal. More than 60% of the 50 states and Puerto Rico have voting leave laws that employers must heed. Other hot topics like political speech in the workplace in both the public and private sector, anti-coercion laws and how labor laws affects all of this will be discussed.

Join FordHarrison Partners Rick Warren and Johanna Zelman for an overview of what employers need to know about their responsibilities to their employees as Election Day approaches.
