100% Compliance With OSHA Recordkeeping: Anything Less Will Be Costly!

Employers with 10 or more employees are required to post an annual OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log from February 1 to April 30 summarizing the injuries and illnesses recorded the prior year. There are many nuances to accurately making and maintaining those records and reports.

Recently, OSHA announced that it would increase the pressure on employers to maintain accurate records by more aggressively considering "instance-by-instance" monetary penalties for non-compliance with recordkeeping requirements.

Join Laner Muchin Partner Peter Gillespie for a webinar that will unpack OSHA 300 log requirements, provide a clear path forward for those with OSHA recordkeeping as part of their duties and allow time for Q&A.

  • Understand why recordkeeping matters now more than ever
  • Discuss electronic submission OSHA requirements and what OSHA does with the data
  • Develop a broad understanding of enforcement efforts related to injury and illness recordsObjectives
  • Review examples of recordkeeping challenges and how to address specific issues

Who should attend?
