The Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry would like to acknowledge the assistance of the Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration for their assistance in developing this chapter. In addition to the means of reporting discussed in this chapter, persons can now make electronic reports directly to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the DOL. Whistleblowers may file complaints related to violations of the 22 laws that come under OSHA’s purview through an online form. The report can be made at:

Workers can still make complaints in writing or by calling OSHA. Reports to regional, area, and state offices are still accepted as well.
