Posting requirements

Companies in North Carolina are required to post a number of notices in the workplace advising employees of their rights. These posters in English and Spanish versions may be obtained from the U.S. Department of Labor and North Carolina Department of Labor free of charge and can be downloaded from their respective websites:

North Carolina posters

All businesses in North Carolina are required to post a copy of the following posters:

• North Carolina Workplace Laws

• Unemployment Insurance

• Workers' Compensation

The above posters must be posted in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. The posters can be downloaded at:

Federal posters
