Posting requirements - HFD

Employers are required to maintain specified postings in two types of locations:

  • the hiring location where applicants are first received
  • the work location

Notices posted in the work location must be in a place where the notice can be readily observed by the employees in the course of their activities, such as bulletin boards near time clocks, in designated department locations, or in cafeterias. Employers are required to post unaltered posters. Multiple locations are usually required for separate employee units.
