Kristine Bingman

Kristine Bingman joined Miller Nash Graham & Dunn as counsel in the firm’s employee benefits practice team. Kristine works with employers and multiemployer plans on a variety of issues related to health and welfare and retirement plans. Her practice includes advising clients about all aspects of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance as it relates to employee benefit plans, as well as drafting and amending plan documents. She assists clients with health care reform, COBRA, HIPAA, nondiscrimination rules, fiduciary duties, qualified domestic relations orders, and reporting and disclosure requirements. Kristine also has more than a decade of experience advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, state and federal disability laws, harassment and discrimination, discipline and termination, drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and workplace policies, and responding to complaints filed with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. She is an experienced public speaker on a variety of benefits- and employment-related topics. 

Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Kristine worked with local employers' associations where she provided legal compliance services to multiple employer ERISA trust funds and counseled Pacific Northwest employers on legal issues related to employment law and employee benefits.
